Cancelation Fee and Refund?

I was a former graphic design student who had the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps packages for $19.99 a month and I absolutely loved it! Being able to complete my coursework with Adobe programs for a discount price? That's a students dream. However I no longer needed the programs due to a change in school work and decided to cancel it.

I was then hit with a $76 cancelation fee. As a student who has a very low budget to begin with it hit hard for me and I was very upset by the outcome of it all. The cancelation fee was charged to my account on January 17th 2018. Since then I have been in contact with Adobe's customer service chat room representatives since January 19th 2018 trying to resolve the matter and have a refund issued to me. I was promised by those Adobe customer service chats that I would be refunded and the matter would be solved. I have still yet to be refunded. I kept being told to wait a certain amount of days (2-3, 3-5, 5-7 etc.) after every time I contacted customer service. I would wait those days and nothing would happen. At one point I contacted customer service and was told it was not put through due to an 'entry error' so if I had not contact Adobe at that time I would not have known nothing was happening on their end.

I'm frustrated and disappointed in the lack of communication, clarity and overall unprofessionalism Adobe has been displaying over the past weeks I've been in contact with them. I am still waiting to resolve this matter.

Below are email transcripts of the many chats I've had with Adobe customer support.
