Cancelation fee for PDF?

Question

I canceled my PDF editor and was charged a $32 fee. I am not aware of agreeing to this when I tried to cancel before and was offered an extension of the product. I use photoshop but can find an alternate at github or anywhere else. If my account is charged I will surely cancel photoshop and avoid adobe in the future.

I'm sorry about that. A subscription per month would not have resulted in an early termination fee. But that one is more expensive as you commit only on a per month basis. It would, however, not be fair, if people would take the discount for the commitment on a year and still could cancel any time.
