Cancelation Fee: Keep Your Money Adobe

Hi Adobe,

I've switched from freelancing to a full time job. The job comes with a subscription to Creative Cloud. I noticed my cancelation fee is $213! I chose to pay this fee. Just know that you are alienating customers who may some day work in larger companies, making software decisions for creative departments, and might look for alternatives to your products after such sticker shock. I should have read the fine print, but either way I put a degree of trust that it wouldn't come to this. Hard lesson learned.
