Canceling a subscription

One year ago in Jan 2017, I requested that my adobe photoshop and creative cloud subscriptions be canceled because I had a new account thru work/university.  After hours on chat and talking to customer service, they agreed to charge me for only part of the Photoshop charge thru June of 2017 and cancel the creative cloud all together.  At first it seemed they did it,, but then charges began appearing again.  I chatted again in April, was told they would cancel.   Then again in June, same thing.  Then I go away for 6 months and put my card on auto pay.  Adobe is still charging me.  I have spent hours again on chat.  Now an hour on hold with customer service.  The chat person said the best she could do is stop the subscription now.  I never renewed it and was told it was canceled.  Is there any one at adobe that can help me?

I also canceled a few days before my first month ended and got charged $75CAD!!!! I feel like I'm being scammed. I am a student too. I've been trying to reach them for the past few days but they seem to be unreachable. I do not know what to do with this.

I am also a student and have a new account with new university so did not need the old.  I waited on hold for over an hour and finally got thru to rep today.  Apparently, the previous person still left my account on AUTO RENEW so they did not cancel.  Never received any notice of auto renew. I would have gladly paid a fee a year ago to have the remaining months cancel, but they kept billing for the total amount.  I think I have spent 8-10 hours over past year on this.  So now I am asking for a full refund for past year.  I did not use the accounts at all and have another account.  Can't believe a large reputable company like Adobe has to do business this way.
