canceling your order

I'd like to cance my order for Cloud membership, how should I do that?

You login into your Adobe id (www.adobe.com) and go to "Manage Account". You go to your plan you want to cancel and push "Manage Plan". You will have a "cancel" button there.

Please be aware that if you are on an annual plan and you cancel in the middle of the plan, you need to pay early termination fee.

If you do not find a "Cancel button" then Contact Customer Care .

In my account, on the right bottom corner there is an Icon to facilitate contact to Adobe. I do  not know, however, if that has been deployed by now generally:
