cancellation

I want to cancel my photography plan , its a monthly one but upon cancelling they said there is a cancellation fee and  will charge me 65 euros? I thought cancellation fees are for anual plans!!! Please someone explain this to me

You have an Annual plan, paid monthly.  That's not the same as a month-to-month plan.  The deeply discounted Photography bundle (PS, LR, LR Classic, etc...) is annual only.

The special photography plan is ONLY for a full year, with one annual payment or 12 monthly payments

 

Cancel early and you pay a fee of 1/2 of the remaining time

 

Cancel during the final month and there is no fee
