hello i am a student and i got the student version of adobe cc and i was encouraged to do so by my professor because we needed the software for the class and would not have the time to finish the work in the class so i went ahead and got it thinking 19.99 + tax a month would not be bad to get a good grade in the class and i also thought i would use it more for other things out side of class but that is just not the case and so i decided to try and cancel my subscription but come to see there was a cancellation fee that is not worth the price and i was informed after talking to costumer service that the fee was in the contract but it was not clearly listed when i was buying this i am just very upset with the way your adobe system is setup you should make it more clear that there is a cancellation fee!!!!!!

Several threads are posted saying similar to yourself. I'm afraid you agreed to the terms and conditions which clearly state the cancellation terms and fees etc. Sadly many people do not appear to read them for some reason.

Just act super angry and explain how unjustified this is during a chat with a real customer service rep. They tried to tempt my with some other BS plans, you just have to stand your ground and threaten to write horrible reviews and never buy from them again. Took like 15 min all together.
