Cancellation fee when I try to cancel my annual membership

I've also encountered this problem and am only finding out after paying four $30 dollar payments. I'd like for my account to be canceled but they are charging a cancellation fee for a contract I never agreed to. Please cancel my subscription, this is something I have NEVER used since the first day of my free trial. Support was no help at all. My case number is 0220537133.

you can cancel yourself, Manage your Creative Cloud membership

or return to communicating with adobe reps, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
