Cancellation of Subscription

I have requested cancellation of my subscription within the 14 days. It appears this has not happened and money has been taken from my card.

I have now reported my card as stolen and no further money can be taken. I have now attempted to cancel again and have been infomred of a £100+ cancellation fee. THIS WILL NOT BE PAID.

I want someone from Adobe to sort this issue out please.

The chat is basically a robotic piece of junk. It just leads me back to the cancellation fee page - sorry not good enough!

What sort of customer service is that?

Well money has been taken from my card and my bank have now cancelled the card so no further money can be taken.
