Hi , I am trying to cancel my membership so I went to manage account then to manage plan , but i cant see any cancellation option, please help. thanks

Hi Ban,

Would you like to cancel the subscription of Creative Cloud Photography plan purchased on 28 Jan 2018? Please confirm.

Once cancelled,  the CC will stop working.

Is your payment up to date?

Does your plan allow canceling at this point?

I can alert staff to help you with it.

Yas my payment is up to date.

I’m not sure if my plan allowed me to cancel at this stage.

If your payment is up to date and your contract allows early cancelling then it should be possible.

Do you have month by month or did you buy a year membership? If the latter: there will be a canceling fee.

Do you want staff to investigate this?

Hello, yes my payment is up to date and my contract allows early cancellation, I have month by month membership .

"Cancellation
We’d hate to see you go, but if you cancel within the first 14 days, we’ll give you a full refund. If you want to cancel your one-year commitment after that, you’ll be billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation. You can also opt out of the auto-renewal plan at any time to stop future automatic renewals. To cancel your commitment or to opt-out of the auto-renewal plan, just call Customer Support."

Yes please I want staff to investigate on this issue as my 14 days period will end within few days
