Hello, I cancel my subscription and now I have to pay cancellation costs € 34,97!!! It's prohibited by law in the Netherlands to do this!

So I don't go agree.

ACP and MVP and no badge are users like you. Only people marked STAFF are from Adobe. But also those don't do the commercial aspect of the system. This forum is for technical problems (mostly). Sometimes some people unhappy with the commercial policy of Adobe are posting here too.

Basically you need to see, when you look at the conditions that they are clear (well you may disagree...). You may try contacting Adobe via Contact Customer Care and explain your case. Good luck.

So you need to fulfil your agreement with Adobe in which you promised to pay during one year the subscription fees. It is not that Adobe charges termination fees at the end of your subscription, but only in the middle of it, when you decide to early terminate the subscription. So this is not prohibited by Netherlands law.

I pay already sice June 2017. More than 1 year!

The part you missed is that if you don't cancel at the end of the first year, you sign up for another year on the same terms. Is this not clear in the contract you accepted? If it isn't, you may have a case.
