Cancelled Free Trial, still got charged for it?

I downloaded the free trial for Aftereffects to finish off a homework assignment. I clearly remember cancelling it a couple days later. Why am I still being charged?

Log-in to Adobe Account at link below and click on Plan details to confirm your plan's status.  Maybe the trial was canceled and you're paying for something other than After Effects CC?
