This is really simple. And you screwed up. Now I am wasting my time dealing with it.
Avoid the headache and do right by your customers. Fix your cancellation process or suffer years of broken reputation.
I had the same problem with Gold's Gym, now they have a friendly website www.avoidgoldsgym.com to show the world how annoyed I am at them for wasting my time.
