CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION!

I contacted your chat support last month i cancelled my subscription and they confirmed it. So I was relieved but this month i still received a bill from adobe!!!!!!! When i talked to the support chat they said failure of payment thats impossible i already paud last month for i thought it will be my last month of paying since i already cancelled my subscription!!! Please can someone help me TO FINALLY CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION!
