Cancelled my subscription in hopes that i could change plans from what i had to something different

I recently cancelled my subscription in order to change plans. As my subscription is marked as cancelled now I dont have the option to change plans. When i go to upgrade or change plans, it doesnt work. What are my options here? Do i choose to create another account? Will i still be charged on the account i cancelled? I really need the programs in the new plan, and i need a fix for this asap.

The problem is that my subscription is cancelled. Customer support told me they could cancel my subscription without charging me for the remaining time (the fee when you cancel before one year has passed). I do not know if i will be charged next month for the plan i had, or if i am safe to create a new account, and purchase a new plan with that one.

I've tried this, but it doesn't let me. It gives me the option to upgrade my existing subscription (which is cancelled), or to purchase a new plan with another account.
