Question

Cancelling a subscription linked to an email address which I can't access

Hello Adobe users,

I decided to subscribe to Photoshop last week but I didn't have an Adobe account. I therefore decided to create one while subscribing at the same time. However when I entered my credit card details, I realised that I had wrongly typed my email address, meaning that I have to pay every month 10€ for a service that I can't even access because my monthly payment is linked to an email address that isn't mine. How can I cancel a payment linked to an account that I can't access ?

I don't know if I should be posting this here, but I am tired of waiting hours on end for an answer from the support team which hasn't arrived yet. And it the meantime my account has already been debited.

Thanks in advance for your answers !

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
    .
Also - beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

    check https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/cancel-membership.html

p.s. if you're cancelling an annual plan early, there's a penalty (=1/2 the cost of the remaining months). if the above link doesn't help you cancel, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
