Cancelling Creative Cloud: why SO difficult?

I've been in an empty chat room for hours--no customer support.

The website instructions are incoreect: no CANCEL button

The phone reps keep you on the phone forever and keep trying to sell product.

I don't want this subscrition anymore!

Thanks, I tried all of those paths and none of them work. Chat room is empty for literally hours. Adobe has great products but the customer service experience is terrible. Hope they fix it soon. I ended up going to Twitter and finally got a response.
