Cancelling / Fee

Hello,

My "annual plan paid monthly" plan renews tomorrow. I want to cancel it, yet it this is saying I need to pay a cancellation fee (£9.89) for ending early, which is absurd as it's only one day early and tomorrow it will renew.

I have tried to contact a human being at Adobe customer service to ask about this but there doesn't seem to be live chat any more.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, but I've tried that link in two different browsers and there is no chat option--all attempts to find it just circle back to online help pages. And unfortuantely there is no phone line for England

Did you turn off all your ad blockers, script blockers, pop-up blockers, and tracker and cookie blockers?
