Cancelling my annual Premiere Pro subscription

Hi Adobe,

I want to cancel my annual Premiere Pro subscription that's up for renewal on 13 Feb 2019. I cannot connect to your chat as it just kicks me before I can have a conversation and thanks me for my time, your phone does not answer and I cannot cancel it on my account alone - I am told to contact your help desk.

Your prompt response would be much appreciated.

Thanks but it doesn't solve my issue. The option to cancel is not there after following those instructions. I cannot contact Adobe directly as they do not answer the phone, they do not use chat and I cannot cancel via my log-in so I'm stuck, which is why I posted here as a final resort.

Do you have payment issues? If yes, the subscription cannot be cancelled.
