Cancelling my subscription
This is the second time I use the month to month subscription for adobe creative cloud and when a I tried to cancel it is almost imposible. Only options are by chat and/or phone. The help is totally wrong and there is no such "cancel" button in the "manage plan" page (as it appears in the help page). If I could use another software, I would use it for sure, and by reading the comments I think I'm not the only one.
I will suggest you to improve your cancel policy, this kind of tricks to retain clients really doesn't help and will give you bad results at the end.
