Cancelling Nightmare
I used this product once in Novemeber of 2020. In January/February of 2021, I noticed I was getting charged every month and contacted adobe support on the computer to help cancel. He told me I couldn't without paying the rest of what was needed to fulfill the annual plan, plus an extra fee, so I was just going to let it run out for the year so I did not have to pay extra. He told me once the year was over, the plan would be over as well. I just recently noticed my account has been STILL been getting charged every month. I have tried contacting support and I have reached not one employee yet and still trying. I am at a loss for options and do not know what to do. If anyone can help me that would be great.
