Cannot access Adobe Apps despite active subscription

Every time I go into an Adobe Creative Cloud app, a message appears saying that it can't verify my subscription. It then pops up with a message saying 'An error has occured. please use the reference code 202'.

 

I have tried everything, even from uninstalling everything Adobe related with the 'Creative-Cloud-Cleaner-Tool'.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

 

if you're account shows an active subscription, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
