cannot access lws website

I am having the same problem. I am trying to retrieve my serial number but every time try to log into the Licensing Website to do so, the webpage keeps refreshing to the same thing and won't allow me to log in. I've tried signing in on chrome and internet explorer and I've tried opening and closing my browser but every single time I click log
in I get set back to this page. Why is this happening? Is there another way to access my product serial number if I was apart of a group license through my university?

I've no idea what site is known as lws, but you could try using a different browser.
