Cannot access my company's Creative Cloud apps

I have a personal copy of CS4 on my machine, and then accepted an invitation to use my company's Creative Cloud account.  However, when I try to open an application (ie Photoshop), I'm taken to a webpage to "buy now" or "use trial version".  Why is this happening?  I should be able to use my company's Creative Cloud account.  Is my personal copy of CS4 causing some sort of issue?   Thanks for your help!

Kindly install the Creative Cloud desktop app from the below mentioned link and try to install the software after it.
