Cannot Activate my apps

Hello, I recently came back to use photoshop and lightroom on my mac, osx 10.11.6. This mac had been running both programs for a few years with no problems. Then I canceled my subscription for a few months. When I came back to pay for them they would not activate. I had to use them on the trial version. Now the trails have expired and I am paying for apps I cannot use. Creative cloud says not compatible on all of the apps. Is there a way to activate on these older versions that are installed on my old Mac? Or older versions I can try to reinstall?
