cannot activitate adobe premiere elements 10

i have been for the last 3 hours trying to reach somebody OMG! On hold for 1 1/2 hour nothing!!!  your help on the internet is not helping me.  I finally double clicked and received this window i am typing ON.

My computer crashed and I restore the computer and installed Adobe Premier Elements 10  Serial #<Removed by Moderator> and tried activating it serial number NO gOOD PLEASE HELP ME WHAT TO DO.

    Melva please be aware you are posting in a public forum. I have edited your post to remove your serial number and personal information.  The serial number you posted is not registered with Adobe.  In addition there are still activations remaining on the serial number.

    I would recommend registering your Premiere Elements 10 serial number under your account at http://www.addobe.com/.  You can find additional details at Find your serial number quickly.
