CANNOT begin to understand Customer Service

Absolutely disgusted with my experience with Adobe. Was gifted their wildly expensive 1 year subscription to both After Effects and Premier Pro. I was thrilled. I jumped on my computer and placed my orders. I currently use Davinci Resolve and was excited to make a switch to a more well known company. Boy was I wrong. Not only was I informed multiple times that the money wouldn’t be taken out unless it was approved.... but I was even told “congratulations”. Then 1 hour later I received an email saying my purchase was “denied” and the money would be refunded in 5-7 days. I was frustrated but figured it was an issue on my end. I reached out to Adobe Customer Care/Support. The experience was horrendous. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone... arguing over the mere existence of this issue. Then after walking their rep through the process of finding my account. I am told “nothing we can do, but it from a reseller” 

 

WTF? 

 

I am blown away buy the extreme effort they put into not being helpful. I’d love to blame the call reps, but that’s me being blind. It’s you Adobe. You have undertrained, unhelpful, and metric driven call centers handling your customers. Your customer support team has done so little to try to help, it makes me hate your company. I use to actually DREAM of using your products. Now I’m questioning if you’re even worth my time and effort. 

 

Pitiful. Absolutely pitiful. 

 

You are everything I strive to never become as a business owner.... complacent.

So sorry for your frustration.  It's really a shame Santa Clause didn't purchase the gift directly from Adobe instead of going through a re-seller.  This complicated matters in ways you cannot imagine.  Adobe Customer Care can only do what their protocol allows them do to.   Hopefully, you can get this sorted through the re-seller.

it was purchased through adobe directly....they told ME that i would HAVE
to buy from a reseller..... thanks though.
