Cannot buy and download Adobe Acrobat

New M1 Macbook Air.  Safari will not let me connect to site to buy and dowmload Adobe Acrobat. ( Also Safari and Google will not let me go to URL to download Duckduckgo Beta for Mac).  I can browse other websites. Any ideas?  Thanks.

My vpn was blocking Adobe. Problem solved. Thanks for your response.
