Cannot cancel my subscription

Hello,

It is normal that cancel subscription process and buttons are disabled? I cannot now cancel my monthly subscription over the website. When i go to support site it give me at least 3 different options and none of them works, even the chat nor the phone... Does anyone could cancel this?
