Cannot connect to Adobe servers

I download the executable to install LightRoom Classic and but the dialog box appears with this message:

 

Cannot connect to Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings and try again in a few minutes.

 

I have Winows 10, I have disabled the Firewall and the antivirus and nothing.
I can't install any app, please help!

Angel, did you encounter any errors while implementing the solutions listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/unable-to-reach-adobe-servers.html? Also, did you have any questions about the steps to resolve most connection errors at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html?

I have already tried everything that appeared in those links. Unsuccessfully.

I have a windows 10 on a not very new pc

Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz
Ram: 12.0 GB
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series 1Mb

but I think they are required enough
