Question

Cannot contact customer support

I have an issue with charges on my account, and there is no contact phone number or chat service available. Emailing to default adobe address received no response.

I certainly will not post private information in a public forum, so how is Adobe dealing with customer support now? Will someone contact me if I post a message here?

Please try with a different browser/web device.

Log-in to your account below with your paid plan ID and password.
    https://account.adobe.com/plans

Scroll down to Support on the same page and click on Contact Adobe.

In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key.

NOTE: The pandemic is effecting all sectors. There are fewer available support agents and wait times may be longer than normal.

These icons don't exist . . . and there is no chat area or popup window. I am using the latest Firefox, and I have loosened my preferences to allow all of this.

I have a paid Creative Cloud Plan and online chat works for me.

Maybe your browser/device has script blockers that are prohibiting you from using the site.  If online chat won't work, pick up the phone during normal business hours, M-F.   Support phone numbers vary by region.  Google it.

Do you have or have you ever had a subscription to one of the Adobe plans?

Are you noticing extra charges on your CC?

IF you do not have an Adobe subscription you need to contact your CC company.

If you do have a subscription then you need to follow the instructions above.

    No

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
