Cannot download Adobe applications although I have paid
Hi,
I just signed up for Creative Cloud and experience a really bad problem - I chose the "All Applications" package and the payment went through. However, when I look into my account and the order history, it says that there is no order and I'm not signed up for any plan.
The amazing thing now is that I cannot even use phone support, because I'm not recognised as paying customer...
The chat support is really helpful - a mysterious person called "Madhur" just informs me that there are currently technical problems and that I maybe should try again in 6-7 hours...
I don't know what to do any more, so the forum is probably the only other option to get help?!
It's a very disappointing experience to actually pay money, and then experience such trouble.
I hope I somehow can get help here.
