Cannot download After Effects due to error (15)

Hi,

I've been trying to download After Effects several times today, but each time the pop up message comes up

I tried restarting my laptop - nothing happened, tried reinstalling CC - still no change. Does anyone know what could be a problem?

Windows or Mac? Software version? Creative Cloud was just updated, have you updated your CC app?

it's Mac, I did update CC just before downloading..

i am having the exact same problem... (February 28, 2015)... I've tried 3 restarts and downloads...same error.. no clue... HELP?
