Cannot download CC?

This has been a reoccuring issue with me, which is really a problem since I really wanted to try out this product

Whenever I go to download any Adobe CC product, it loads for a few seconds, then blanks out.

The screen turns tan, and no matter how long I wait, I can never proceed to the next step.

Any solutions?
