Cannot Download Creative Cloud

I have an older version of the Creative Cloud Desktop App. I recently paid for the PDF Editor but I cannot get into it because I have to install it through Creative Cloud. I can't get into Creative Cloud because it says that the version is no longer available. It gives me a link to follow. This link takes me to a Creative Cloud login again! I just keep being sent in circles.

It looks like I will have to uninstall all Adobe products to uninstall Creative Cloud and reinstall unless there are better ideas.

  1. Ensure your computer meets or exceeds the system requirements to run the latest CC Desktop app.

  2. Use the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool to wipe old files off your system before re-installing.
