Cannot download Elements 10 and Premiere Elements 10

I can't get past the My Orders Page.  When I click on the download button nothing happens.  I am running Windows 7.  I tried using a wired connection instead of wireless and I tried turning off some of my security.  The debug file in the Akamai folder includes the words "could not parse host".  How do I get ahold of a human being to discuss this with?  Or there there some way you could send me the programs?

    I'd suggest that you follow the steps in the document I can't download a purchased product from the Adobe.com Store (http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/837/cpsid_83770.html) to isolate and solve your problem. If you are still unable to download, contact customer support (http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/contact.html). Use any of the various options on the page to get in touch with Adobe Customer Support.
