cannot download from my creative cloud on a russian account

getting this in my desktop app, in my browser it tries but fails to download files. tried VPNs - useless

note that this still worked in late 2025

    This past week, my shopping cart was the target of foreign cyberbots looking for weaknesses in the system. Blocking IP addresses gets to be a game of whack-a-mole. They keep coming back under new IPs.  It got so bad, we boosted our server’s firewall settings and blocked some regions until things quieted down.

     

    I’m not saying Adobe is or isn’t blocking regions. But if they did, they probably had a reason for it.

    Also check Adobe’s System Status below. This will tell you if any services are temporarily unavailable.
