Cannot download invoices

Hello,

I'm trying to access my invoices, but it doesn't work. As soon as I try to navigate to "Manage Plan", the browser showing "waiting for shop.adobe.com", until it's timed out.

I've tried 4 browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Internet explorer) and 2 different computers, but it doesn't work.

What can be done?

Thanks, but I've already tried it. The problem is that I can't access the Manage plan page.
