I am running Windows 10, have over 2gb free space and 4gb RAM, but canniiot download Lightroom as it says I don't have the minimum system requirements. I have downloaded Lightroom Classic 5 instead but that does not have the Photo Merge option that I need. Please help.

As you have mentioned you are trying to download Adobe Lightroom CC however you get an error message saying that your computer doesn't meet the minimum system requirements, and you have Win 10 32 bit operating system.
In order to install Lightroom CC you'll need Windows 10 (64-bit) Version 1511 or later, to know more see Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC system requirements.
