Cannot download my Apps!

Hi, I just purchased the Photography Package about 20 minutes ago. I am not new to creative cloud / adobe, this is just my first time owning at my house (I have been using the programs in school for years now). Whenever I log into my account on the website or the creative cloud app, and then try to download my apps I get an error.

"Error 500: Internal Server Error This page isn't available right now. Try visiting this page again later"

I dont know what to do!

I have read that it will take as much as 24 hours for a purchase to show in your Adobe account after purchase

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

Yes, when I go into my adobe account it shows that I am subscribed to the Photography Plan, along with my most recent payment transaction. As soon as I click on "My Products" I get the error. Same goes for when I try to download them through the Creative Cloud Desktop App.
