cannot download online purchased copy of Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 13

I purchased an online copy of Photoshop Element and premiere elements 13 for my friend in HK.  My friend failed to download she bought a CD copy instead as it was needed urgently. how can i (the buyer) activate this copy and install on my PC instead. She has only downloaded the files but yet to have them installed. As my friend may encountered difficulties in download, she may have exceeded the number of try and now I am unable to download all the files needed

    Sorry for replying late.

    Yes it will download a trial version on your computer. You have to use the serial that was originally mailed to you. All downloads are trials and you need to serialize them.

    Hi,

    You can download Photoshop and Premiere Elements 13 from here: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements&loc=en and use the serial number that was emailed to you.

    This will download the Adobe download assistant on your computer. Use it to download both Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elemets 13.

    thanks so much for your prompt response.

    Can i confirm you refering to the the original serial number that were mailed to me soon after I placed my order on my 13 Nov 2014 at 3.18am (see below)

    and I will also will not encounter earlier error message saying I've exceeded the number of times for download
