Cannot download Photoshop

My Photoshop will not install. I have updated my computer and rebootted and it will still not install

    Jeffs, Error 133 indicates there is not enough disk space to complete the download and installation process. Please see Peru Bob and Nancy OSheas's posts for helpful links you can use to confirm the computer meets or exceeds the requirements to install Photoshop CC.

      Updated to what exactly?

       

      Photoshop CC has new CPU and GPU requirements.

      Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

      • Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2, 21H1;
      • MacOS 13 (Ventura), 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur).

        I uninstalled it and it won't let me reinstall. I get error code 133

          I get error code 133. My computer should meet all of this as I have been able to download it before

          Evidently not.  Error code 133 means insufficient disk space.  How much free HD space do you have?

           

          As a comparison, my aging workstation has a 2TB hard drive.  I have 1.4TB remaining for other apps like Photoshop's scratch disk, etc...

            is that the current photoshop?

             

            if so, are you using the cc desktop app to install?

             

            do you see anything when you try to install?

              It stops downloading at 10% and I get error code 133

              I uninstalled Photoshop on my Windows and it will not install now from the Creative Cloud. 
              It gets to 10% and then gives up. I have updated my Surface Pro and restarted. What else can I do?
