Cannot download photoshop cc 2014 with creative cloud subscription

i have the creative cloud subscription.

Photoshop cc does not work at all any more.

I am trying to download photoshop cc 2014. It will not get past 0%.

Please advise.

    uninstall ps cc, if it's not already uninstalled, clean Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

    then sign out and then back in to your cc desktop app.

    if you are then unable start your download, Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later
