Cannot download Photoshop Elements 4.0

I could not download version 4.0 to my OS X 10.9.1.  Do I need an updated version?

    Hi Earlsphotos,

    Photoshop Elements 4.0 is not compatible on Mac 10.9.

    Below are the system requirements

    System requirements

    • Photoshop Elements 4.0 for Macintosh
    • PowerPC® G3, G4, or G5 processor
    • Mac OS X v.10.3 or 10.4
    • 256MB of RAM
    • 750MB of available hard-disk space
    • 1,024x768 16-bit (XGA) display
    •  CD-ROM drive
