Cannot download Premiere Pro CC from the Creative Cloud App

I have successfully downloaded Illustrator and Lightroom using the App, but when I try to download Premiere Pro CC the download fails towards the end of the download each time. Now, it is offering me an update to download but this also fails, and I haven't got the option to retry the original download. When I clock on the error button it now says "Another Installer instance is running. Wait for it to finish and try again (U44M1P36), however I don't have any other downloads running through this app.

If it is Mac , launch Activity Monitor from  Applications> Utilities.

Force Quit all Adobe processes like Creative Cloud , CoreSync, PDAPP , Install , Setup, AAMUpdater.....etc.

Then relaunch Creative Cloud application and try to update again.
