Cannot download programs after I paid

After I paid, I tried to download photoshop and premier pro etc. in mac. After click, and permit opening cc program, I cannot find apps installation status in cc program. there is no app tab in cc program and installation did not start.

I tried to remove and reinstall cc program several times, but it does not changed.

please give me an instruction.

Please copy and paste (into your reply) the contents of the hosts file, which is c:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts

I'm having the same problem. The servers won't let me download the applications after subscribing to the service. Are these servers offline?? Please help.

Your problem might be different so please describe it in detail.

Have you installed Creative Cloud? Does it show an Apps tab? What does it show? What messages do you get? And so on.

Cannot download any of the apps. I get an error code that says the server is not responding currently.  Please try after some time. error code P207

I have been trying for two days.

I have all firewalls and and web site protection turned off.

please help!! Is there phone technical help service??
