Cannot download PS CC. Why does Creative Cloud apps tab show as blank when trying to download PS?

I have a brand new Mac OS X Version 10.9.2

I am trying to download a trial of Photoshop but the download never starts. The Cloud app pops up on the top right of my screen but the apps tab just shows a rotating circle. I was able to download Lightroom with no problem but Photoshop won't download. Any idea what I can do?

Hi Ashtinafayelou,

Please follow the below steps

Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.

    Navigate to the below location

    /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder

    Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db

    Launch Creative Cloud and check if the issue persists.
