Question

Cannot enter into the account to delete membership

I tried to get a free trial for Adobe Creative Cloud service a few months ago, and when registering, I must have mistyped my email address. I never received a confirmation email for the membership and it is not shown under my subscription of the account I am using.

However, the membership fee is charged every month from my bank account. How can I stop this? I tried to stop the subscription through the bank and it does not work. I am basically paying over 35 euros every month for a service I cannot use and I cannot call at adobe because I do not have an active membership.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks a lot in advance!

It's my understanding that an individual can have only 1 Creative Cloud account at a time -- either FREE memership or PAID membership; not both.

Home/School accounts are managed by the organization that pays for them.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam.

p.p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
