Cannot Extract Files Error

So I downloaded Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, and when I open the .exe, it says "cannot extract files" and stops the setup.

How do I fix this?

    Hi mattgu16,

    Please try re-downloading the software and then run the .exe and check.

    Also disable antivirus software if any temporarily and check.
