Cannot find a download link or the app in CC for Adobe XD

I can see Adobe XD in the list of apps "Included in Your Plan" on my account page, but it does not appear in my Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app

then either:

it's no longer being offered to new(er) users

your computer doesn't meet specs, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

or you've missed it at the bottom of your apps panel
